DiSChq was founded by David Smith. Through his passion to develop enjoyable and productive workplaces, David launched DiSChq to specialise in developing thriving cultures, utilising the Everything DiSC Suite of Profiles. People who have been through a DiSC Profile feel more engaged at work, experience more productive work environments and are more effective at connecting and collaborating with others.
